Adam Marcinizyn drove in seven runs as the Vikings downed the Panthers 8-3 May 2 at Cape's Chris Short Field. Griffin Kammerer went six innings for Cape, throwing a three-hitter.
The Vikings are now 7-5 on the season. Cape will play a twilight home game facing Sussex Central at 7 p.m., Tuesday, May 7.
The Golden Knights are 8-5 on the season. The Vikings will host Indian River, 5-6, at Chris Short Field at 4:15 p.m., Thursday May 9.
