Luanne Holland receives Milford Volunteer of the Year Award

Delaware Hospice’s Luanne Holland, medical account executive, was selected as the Volunteer of the Year by the Milford Chamber of Commerce at its annual awards banquet.

Chamber President Mike Kazala of Delmarva Broadcasting presented the award.

Holland was chosen for her active participation in the chamber’s activities, including her contributions as a representative of Delaware Hospice; her service as the Power Breakfast coordinator and her willingness to step into a board position when a colleague had to step down. She also agreed to model for the Chamber Girls Night Out.

Since 1982, Delaware Hospice has provided exceptional care and support to 42,000 patients and their families.
