Rehoboth-Dewey chamber cuts ribbon for Bella Mia Hair Boutique

The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony July 3 for Bella Mia Hair Boutique. Members of the chamber’s Meet & Greet Committee were present to welcome Bella Mia Hair Boutique.

Originally opened in February 2009, Bella Mia Hair Boutique continues to offer full salon services under the guidance of new owner Tammi Zarker. She recently relocated to Delaware from Pennsylvania and is excited to continue to offer excellent salon services. She plans to add new services as business grows.

Bella Mia Hair Boutique offers Redken-certified colorist and OPI manicures and pedicures. Other services include hair extensions, Keratin Smoothing Complex and dermalogical facials. The salon also offers bridal party packages.

The stylists are expertly trained. Kate Carrow is a fourth-generation cosmetologist, graduated from Delcastle Vocational High School and employed in the industry for 17 years. Irene Spadaccini graduated from Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology and has 10 years' experience in the field including training in Baltimore, Md.; Las Vegas, Nev.; Philadelphia, Pa.; and New York, N.Y. She is Redken trained and certified. Genevieve Coffield graduated from Lansdale School of Cosmetology in 2002 and is a third-generation cosmetologist. She enjoys cutting hair and up-dos. Monica Arseneau graduated from Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology.

Bella Mia Hair Boutique is at 37169 Rehoboth Ave. Ext., Rehoboth Beach and is open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday to Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday. For more information call 302-226-2627.
