Braxton Harry Lanier Jackson, 82, of Lewes, passed away Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013.
Mr. Jackson was born in Lewes, May 20, 1931, to the late Arvil and Roberta Norwood Jackson. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by a son, Gavin Carlisle Jackson.
He was a construction contractor. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran having served during the Korean War.
He is survived by a daughter, Sheila Jackson and a brother, Brandel Jackson both of Lewes.
A funeral service will be held at noon, Monday, Dec. 16, at Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, where friends may call after 11 a.m. Burial will follow with the conferring military honors at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro.
