Beverly J. Williams, self-employed hairdresser

Mrs. Beverly J. Williams, 66, of Millsboro, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013.

Mrs. Williams was born in Glen Burnie, Md. March 18, 1947, to the late Samuel and Bulah Owens Pauley. She was the youngest of 12 children.

She was a self-employed hairdresser for many years. She was a very religious and spiritual person who listened to the audio version of the Bible daily. She was the best cook ever. She enjoyed sewing until eyesight challenges. Beverly was devoted to her family and extremely in love with her husband and best friend. They were inseparable.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, James Williams of Millsboro; a son, Rusty Coale and his wife Debbie of Pasadena Md.; three daughters, Vicki Downs and her husband Chester of Gumboro, Kimberli Klippenstein of Millsboro and Bethany Ann Nelson of Roxana; six grandchildren, Joseph Pierce, Timothy Wolfe Jr., Daniel Steward, Jenna Klippenstein, Leah Klippenstein and Breanna Nelson; and one great-grandson, Aiden Pierce. She is also survived by many loving brothers, sisters and friends along with her beloved canine friend Tiffy.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 22, at Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, where friends may call after 1 p.m. for visitation with the family. Burial will take place at 2 p.m., Monday, Dec. 23, at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
