Coldwell Banker Resort Realty welcomes Aimee DeBenedictis, Kristen Brough and Vickie Killion to the Rehoboth Branch.
Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the recent addition of Aimee DeBenedictis, Kristen Brough and Vickie Killion to the Rehoboth Branch.
Aimee, a Delaware native, is recently licensed as a Delaware Realtor. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, she worked with Delaware’s Foster Care System helping at risk teens for 18 years. “Obtaining my Real Estate License was a natural way to connect my two passions; homes and helping people” said Aimee. She also has previous experience in working with the various aspects of the construction business including new construction, remodels, decks, ceramic tile and more. Aimee loves the Delaware Beaches and tries to spend as much of her free time as possible enjoying Delaware’s finest treasure.
Kristen moved to Delaware from West Virginia nine years ago. She first fell in love with Delaware as a child while vacationing here. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Kristen also worked with Delaware’s Foster Care System helping at risk teenagers for almost ten years.

Aimee and Kristen have been friends and coworkers for the past decade. They look forward to working together at Coldwell Banker Resort Realty.
Vickie Killion is a new Delaware resident, having moved from Montana. She enjoys sharing her passion with people from coast to coast to live a life style that includes the beauty of Delaware and the outdoor way of life. She has been visiting Delaware since she was nine years old and four years ago was blessed to be “living the dream” with her move here.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, she owned and managed her own businesses for 25 years, including ten years in the home flooring and design industry. “I know that customer service is the key and has always been a priority to me. It is the life line of any business. Integrity is the foundation. Having clients enjoy the fruits of our labor…that is the reward” says Vicki.
