Sally DeVilbiss presents Beebe surgeons with gift from the heart

Cardiothoracic surgeons Dr. M.L. Ray Kuretu, left, and Dr. Nnamdi Azie of Beebe’s Cardiac Unit are shown here accepting original oil paintings created by Sally DeVilbiss, who presented the works in appreciation for their performing successful open heart surgery on her last summer.  Kuretu leads the team at Beebe and last year recruited Azie, a former student who joined him in Delaware. Beebe’s Cardiac Unit recently surpassed 1,000 surgeries in its short history.
