"Transmutation" by Lorraine Hudson
Lorraine Hudson, a longtime Milton resident, will be presenting A Show of Love at Ocean Medical Imaging, 611 Federal St. in Milton.
A reception will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 22. All are invited. Hudson is an internationally known mixed-media artist as well as a music composer and writer.
Spiritual Expressionism is the label critics in Manhattan have designated to explain her work. Harmonious confluences of graceful form and vibrant color contribute to the emotional spirituality and sense of universal kinship Hudson imparts to the viewer. In her words, "See beyond the obvious!"
