Mildred I. Scott, loved antiques

Mrs. Mildred I. Scott,, 87, of Millsboro, passed away Sunday, Aug. 31, 2014.

Mrs. Mildred was the daughter of the late Walter Townsend. She was born Dec. 15, 1926, in Selbyville. In addition to her father, she is also preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Charles Scott in 2008. She worked in a sewing factory for many years. Mildred loved antiques, and was very knowledgeable about vintage collectibles

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, neighbor and friend to many. She will be truly missed.

She is survived by her son, James L. Hall and his wife Judy of Millsboro; two stepdaughters, Betty Riddle and Rosalie Flowers; grandsons, Kevin Hall and Curtis Hall; and two great-grandchildren, McKenzie and Kylie Hall.

A funeral service and celebration of her life will be held at noon, Saturday, Sept. 6, at Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro,  where friends may call after 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Millsboro Cemetery. Pastor Robert Hudson will officiate.
