Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is proud to announce Chrissy Steele as the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® 2019 REALTOR® of the Year.
At its annual Installation of Officers and Directors on January 4, 2018, the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® named Coldwell Banker Resort Realty’s Chrissy Steele as its 2019 REALTOR® of the Year. The National Association of REALTORS® program is designed to recognize REALTORS® who have served not only their profession, but also their communities. The criteria for selecting REALTORS® of the Year are determined by the local association, and include REALTOR® Spirit, Civic Activity, Business Accomplishments, Local Association Activity, State Association Activity and National Association Activity.
Chrissy Steele earned her real estate license and became a REALTOR® in 1999. In 2004, she earned her Associate Broker license. She is a member of the senior management team of Coldwell Banker Resort Realty in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware where she has spent her entire real estate career. Chrissy currently serves as the 1st Vice President of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®, a Director for the Delaware Association of REALTORS® and Vice Chairperson for the Delaware Real Estate Commission’s Education Committee. She is an ex-officio member of each of the committees of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® and serves on the 2019 Delaware Association of REALTORS® Convention Instructor Task Force. She is a member of Sussex County Bible Church in Harbeson, Delaware and serves on its Finance Team and Building Team. She resides in Sussex County with her husband, Sean Steele and their two children Owen and Olivia. In her free time, Chrissy likes to take day trips with her family, read books, and chalk paint furniture.
