Coldwell Banker Resort Realty Agents Complete PROPEL Training Course

May 14, 2021

Three new agents have recently completed all 17 modules of Coldwell Banker Resort Realty's comprehensive training course, Propel!

Those agents are Tori Lech of the Milford Office, Edith Chilelli of the Lewes Office, and Priscilla Scioscia of the Lewes Office.

In completing the entire Propel Course, all three agents have gained skills and knowledge that will prepare them for success in their real estate careers. Among the topics they explored are preparing listing presentations for clients, professionalism as a real estate agent, and selling homes subject to leases.

"We are proud of the commitment these three agents showed in attending all 17 classes, and they deserve to be recognized for their efforts," broker of record Bruce Plummer said after the final module.

Not only do these three agents receive a Certificate of Completion from Coldwell Banker for the Propel Course, they will also receive credit for New Salesperson Modules 2, 3, and 4 of the Delaware Real Estate Commission's required continuing education. Coldwell Banker Resort Realty's Propel Course remains the only new agent training in the state approved for continuing education credit.
