COLDWELL BANKER RESORT REALTY NAMES NOVEMBER TOP PRODUCERS
Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the month of November. For the Rehoboth branch, the top listing agent and top selling agent Skip Faust. The top overall agent was Nitan Soni. For the Lewes branch the top listing and top selling agent was Julie Gritton. The top overall agent was Mary-Beth Pepper.
Skip Faust, a licensed Realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native. He has been recognized as Delaware’s number one agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand for 21 years and is a member of the President’s International Elite Circle ranking him within the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach, board member and mentor with Lewes Little League.
Nitan Soni has been licensed for four years. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, Nitan spent 10 years in sports management as a varsity soccer coach at several schools throughout the region that include Rutgers, Wesley, Temple, Delaware State and University of Delaware. He earned his Master’s Degree in Education from Wesley College and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Del. State.
Julie Gritton, a licensed Realtor since 2004 has recently joined the firm as the Office Manager of the Lewes Branch. She has previous experience in both the rental division and sales division making her an asset to investment buyers in the resort area.
Julie is proud to be a local Cape Henlopen High School graduate who furthered her education by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and an Associate’s Degree in Marketing. .
Mary-Beth Pepper, has been a licensed realtor since 2004 with a previous career as a legal secretary with a law firm specializing in real estate transactions. She is a member of the Sussex County Women’s Council of Realtors.
