Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announces top Sales Agents for December!
COLDWELL BANKER RESORT REALTY NAMES DECEMBER TOP PRODUCERS
Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the month of December. For the Rehoboth branch, the top listing agent was Ben Steward. The top selling agent was Melissa Rudy. The top overall agent was Skip Faust. For the Lewes branch the top listing agent and top overall agent was Julie Gritton. The top selling agent was Ruth Sivils.
Ben Steward has been licensed since 1991, representing clients in the Washington DC and Northern Virginia markets. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Lawrence University. He moved to Milton, Delaware in 2011 and became a Delaware licensed agent. His background in business, marketing and economics is a valuable tool for the clients he represents.
Melissa Rudy has been a licensed realtor since 2017. She is formerly from Central Pennsylvania where she had a career in Health Insurance. Melissa is a dog lover and has two senior greyhounds which she rescued. The greyhounds are spoiled and enjoy living near the Beach!
Skip Faust, a licensed Realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native. He has been recognized as Delaware’s number one agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand for 20 years and is a member of the President’s International Elite Circle ranking him within the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach, board member and mentor with Lewes Little League.
Julie Gritton, a licensed Realtor since 2004 has recently joined the firm as the Office Manager of the Lewes Branch. She has previous experience in both the rental division and sales division making her an asset to investment buyers in the resort area.
Julie is proud to be a local Cape Henlopen High School graduate who furthered her education by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and an Associate’s Degree in Marketing. .
Ruth Sivils, a licensed Realtor since 2003 and Associate Broker since 2010, is past President and an active member of the Sussex County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She volunteers her free time with Habitat for Humanity building homes. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Sussex County Association of Realtors.
