Coldwell Banker Resort Realty welcomes Myers Gebhart to the Lewes Branch Sales Department!

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the addition of Myers Gebhart to our team of experienced real estate professionals in Lewes, Delaware.

Myers has been a licensed Realtor in Delaware since 1985. He is experienced and familiar with real estate transactions in Sussex County from Dewey Beach to Milford and also towns on the western side of Sussex County. Prior to his Real Estate career, he was a 911 Police dispatcher in New Castle County for nine years. He has been a Sussex County resident for 18 years.  

Myers has been involved in Real Estate development as well with local builders and developers for fifteen years. While he was a construction site manager he developed sales plans, designed home floorplans, created the community sales center and assisted from ground breaking to occupancy as many as 70 home buyers a year.  He specializes in selling homes to retirees and those planning to retire soon.

“My experience allows me to assist buyer and seller clients in all aspects of the real estate process whether representing a resale, new construction community or first time homebuyer” says Gebhart.
