Edith Chilelli Joins Julie Gritton Team of Coldwell Banker Resort Realty
Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the addition of Edith Chilelli to the Julie Gritton Team of experienced real estate professionals in Lewes, Delaware.
Having spent her early childhood years in Poland, Edith immigrated with her family to America in 1982 and settled in New Jersey. Before starting a family, Edith worked on Wall Street for many years as a Municipal Bond Trader and Corporate Liaison.
Edith recently relocated from New York to Sussex County and immediately felt a connection to the welcoming community. Leveraging the experience gained from her own move, Edith has a unique perspective to provide to any potential home buyer considering a move to family and tax friendly Delaware. Her love of research and a strong desire to find a great home for her family will provide a foundation of local knowledge to share with anyone that may be looking to transition into a new home in Delaware.

Team leader, Julie Gritton has been a local real estate agent for 15 years. Julie is a local Cape Henlopen High School Graduate and also has her Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and Associates Degree in Marketing. Julie also has earned her designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS®), which are each advanced career designations she earned through extra training and meeting high experience sales levels. Education and staying advanced with technology helps improve her clients experience throughout the real estate transaction.
