April 4, 2024

As if the constant rain and up and down temperatures haven't already clued you in, April has arrived in earnest at and near the Delaware and Maryland coast.

And this first weekend in April features a number of great things that we're excited to tell you about, highlighted by a fun event at the Dogfish Head Brewery, a delicious happening in Rehoboth Beach, and a celebration of tulips in the "First Town in the First State" of Lewes.

Spring is here and that means a lot of fun and excitement is just around the corner at the beaches and in towns up and down the mid-Atlantic. It's the time of year when hope springs eternal, and we're excited to soon embark on another high season at the beaches.

Held in coordination with the First State Pickleball Club, the day will feature pickleball games, "pickle-centric" food and drinks, an exhibition match between top-tier players, festival merchandise for sale, a variety of vendors, and more.
