FIRST TIME HOME BUYING
There are several programs to assist potential buyers with home buying. Most people do not realize that these benefits exist.
We work with Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) to offer down payment assistance to first time home buyers who are in need of money to meet the minimum down payment requirements. That money can also be used to cover closing costs if the client is utilizing a 100% financing option like a VA loan or USDA loan.
We also offer programs that grant the client a reduced interest rate compared to the market rate.
First time home buyers also get a reduction on the transfer tax. This is one of the biggest expenses in home buying.
