March 2023 Top Producing Sales Agents Announced - Coldwell Banker Premier
Coldwell Banker Premier is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the Rehoboth and Lewes Offices for the month of March. For the Lewes office, the top listing agent and overall agent was Sarah Russ. The top selling agent was Julie Gritton. The top team for listing, selling and overall was the Julie Gritton Team. For the Rehoboth office, the top listing agent and top selling agent was Beth Dorman. The top overall agent was Skip Faust.
Sarah Russ, ABR®, SRS® is a licensed REALTOR® in Delaware and Maryland. Sarah brings a variety of experiences including over 10 years in the commercial and residential real estate field as a director of property management and a project manager. Sarah has been a full-time real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Premier for over 4 years focusing on Residential sales and Commercial sales and leasing. All of her certificates and designations have been acquired through extensive training and experience meeting high expectations. In addition to her ABR® and SRS® Designations, Sarah has completed many certificate courses to benefit her clients whether selling, buying, or leasing. Julie has extensive real estate experience in Beach Properties including both sales and rentals which distinguishes her from the competition. Along with her immense experience she has also received awards including, Sussex County Good Neighbor Award, Winner of the Bill Vernon Pillar CB award, Global Luxury Certification, President’s Circle award, the Diamond award, Top Producer and Best of Zillow. Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Associates Degree in Marketing which helps her clients have the best marketing strategies. Beth Dorman, a Certified Residential Specialist, E-Pro, Certified Distressed Property Specialist and Certified Short sale and Foreclosure Resource has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1999. She is past President for the Sussex County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is past Governor for the State of Delaware Women’s Council of Realtors. Beth was certified as a Global Luxury Specialist in 2022, a designation specifically tailored to marketing and properly representing unique upscale real estate listings. Beth is a native of Sussex County, having lived in the beach area since 1978. She is a Cape Henlopen High School and Delaware Technical Community College graduate.
