Showfield to host Builders' Showcase Tour, Saturday, June 24, 2017.
Showfield, Coastal Delaware's newest luxury community, east of coastal highway, will host a Builders' Showcase Tour, Saturday, June 24, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The Carrie Lingo Team, of Jack Lingo, REALTOR, coordinated the event and will host the Builders' Showcase Tour. According to Carrie Lingo, REALTOR, "Showfield is an iconic 132 acre community along Gills Neck Road in Lewes, Delaware, which will feature 166 building lots for custom homes with no builder tie-in. Phase one is 90% SOLD out. While touring, our guests will be able to walk through selected model homes in the community while enjoying lite fare and music. Also open to tour are the community clubhouse, outdoor resort style pool and fitness center. Showfield also features walking trails and borders the Junction and Breakwater Trail and Whites Ponds, a beautiful 16 acre natural pond."
