The Harry K foundation would like to take this opportunity to thank The Cape Henlopen the JROTC.
Harry recently took this opportunity to meet with the JROTC to discuss their participation at the 5th annual Harry K Gala. The cadets will be performing an armed exhibition drill sequence as well as escorting guests into the ballroom and retiring the colors.
