‘One Pan Perfect’ cookbook talk set Jan. 11
The Lewes Public Library’s Cooks & Books program will welcome internationally renowned cookbook author Donna Hay for a live, online conversation about her new book “One Pan Perfect” at 5 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 11, via Zoom. The event is co-sponsored by Edible Delmarva and Browseabout Books.
“One Pan Perfect” features over 120 delicious recipes which can be created with only one pot, pan, tray or bowl for easy, almost-instant, all-in-one meals. Hay’s clever solutions to cook faster and smarter include quick, tasty new twists on old favorites, plus all-new flavor combinations to explore. Her innovative, interactive cookbook format features QR codes that bring the book to life with instant videos.
Denise Clemons, Cape Gazette food columnist and author of “A Culinary History of Southern Delaware,” will host the Zoom-based discussion. Registration is available at the Lewes Public Library’s website, lewes.lib.de.us.
