AARP Georgetown Chapter 5340 held a cake walk fundraiser and business meeting June 2.
Paula Norman was nominated for and won an AARP National Community Service Award for all the work she does locally supporting seniors, senior services and community organizations. The chapter members congratulate Norman as she embodies what service truly means.
After a summer hiatus, meetings will resume Monday, Sept. 8.
