Absentee ballots were not eliminated

March 15, 2024

In response to letters regarding absentee ballots: You can vote absentee ballots, you just have to apply for them. They were not eliminated. It may be confusing for some folks, but you can always contact your local government. Voting registration cards also have a phone number. I was a poll watcher at the last elections. The majority of the in-person voters were older folks. If you have a neighbor or someone from your church to assist you if you choose to vote in person, I’m sure they would be glad to help out. However you do it, vote!
