All Saints' and St. George's set Christmas services

The Episcopal Parish of All Saints' Church and St. George's Chapel will hold Christmas services at both of its locations. All Saints' Church is at 18 Olive Ave. in downtown Rehoboth Beach. St. George's Chapel is at 20271 Beaver Dam Road (Route 23), Harbeson.

All services will include distribution of Holy Communion, special music by parish musicians and sermons by parish clergy.

All Saints' will host a family Christmas Eve service at 4 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 24. An extended prelude with special music and Christmas carol singing will begin at 9:30 p.m., Dec. 24, followed by the 10 p.m. Christmas Eve service with full choir and guest musicians. A Christmas Day service with carols is set for 10 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 25, at All Saints’.

St. George's Chapel will host a 4 p.m. family service and a 7 p.m. candlelight service for Christmas Eve, Dec. 24. A Christmas Day service will begin at 10 a.m., Dec. 25.

All services are open to the public; all are welcome. Freewill offerings will be taken. Both church and chapel are fully handicapped accessible with parking available on- and off-street.
