The Southern Delaware Alliance for Racial Justice has awarded a Charlotte King Scholarship to JaLynn Hope of Lincoln.
A graduate of Cape Henlopen High School, Hope will be attending Howard University this fall.
The scholarship is based on demonstrated concern for furthering racial understanding and justice, as well as citizenship and service in the school community.
