Andrew Criss to host third annual outdoor art show Aug. 20

August 15, 2022

Delaware painter Andrew “Andy” Criss will host his third Andy’s Annual Outdoor Art Show from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 20, at 19 Beacon Drive, Rehoboth Beach.

The backyard gallery event was created by Criss the first summer of the COVID pandemic as a way of exhibiting his paintings outside for safety.

“It’s been my favorite day of the summer season ever since,” said Criss. “People have come from all over the mid-Atlantic region to say hello, as well as neighbors from Rehoboth and Lewes, and locals I’ve never met. We have a big garden behind the studio, and all these people will be hanging out. I love it.”

Criss is a recipient of a Delaware Division of the Arts Established Artist Fellowship, and he has been making artwork in and about Delaware for 20 years. Attendance is free and open to the public. Find more info at AndrewCriss.com.
