Another take on concierge medicine model

July 18, 2023

Let me give a different example supporting Michelle Stutzman's position about doctors moving to a concierge model. My provider, after moving here six years ago, decided to go the concierge way for $1,800 per year. My wife and I are pretty healthy, so I asked her if I still used the practice and saw the physician’s assistant, wouldn't they ask my doctor to come on board if they found something questionable?  Of course she replied yes, and I said, “Well, you just saved me 1,800 bucks!”

Very happy with our PA!
