Arena’s Cafe on the highway closes
After nearly two decades in business, Arena’s Cafe on Route 1 has closed its doors.
In a statement on Arena’s website, the company said it made the decision to permanently close the location, which was next to Big Fish Grill.
Big Fish owner Eric Sugrue said the lease was up and Arena’s decided to leave. He said at this time, Big Fish has not decided what to do with the building, but for now, the plan is to do routine maintenance before moving forward.
