August top producers named for Coldwell Banker Resort Realty

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty has announced the firm’s top producers for the month of August.

For the Rehoboth branch, the top listing agent and top selling agent was Skip Faust. The top overall agent was Nitan Soni. For the Lewes branch, the top listing agent was Ruth Sivils. The top overall agent and top selling agent was Julie Gritton.

Skip Faust, a licensed Realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native. He has been recognized as Delaware’s No. 1 agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand for 21 years and is a member of the President’s International Elite Circle, ranking him within the top 2 percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach, board member and mentor with Lewes Little League.

Nitan Soni has been licensed for four years. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Resort Realty, Soni spent 10 years in sports management as a varsity soccer coach at several regional schools including Rutgers, Wesley, Temple, Delaware State and University of Delaware. He earned his master’s degree in education from Wesley College and a master’s degree in business administration from Delaware State.

Ruth Sivils, a licensed Realtor since 2003 and associate broker since 2010, is past president and an active member of the Sussex County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She volunteers her free time with Habitat for Humanity building homes. She has also served on the board of directors for the Sussex County Association of Realtors.

Julie Gritton, a licensed Realtor since 2004, recently joined the firm as office manager of the Lewes branch. She has previous experience in both the rental and sales divisions, making her an asset to investment buyers in the resort area. Gritton is proud to be a Cape Henlopen High School graduate who furthered her education by earning an associate’s degree in marketing and a bachelor’s degree in business.
