June 20, 2025

Browseabout Books will host several authors covering a variety of genres during upcoming signing events.

The bookstore will welcome author Audrey Ingram to sign her novel, "The Summer We Ran,” from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, June 21. Told through multiple perspectives, rich with emotion and immersive dual timelines, “The Summer We Ran” weaves together a story of lost love, devastating secrets, shocking sabotage and the painstaking decisions two people must make in order to fulfill the futures they each desire.

Author Jack Bartley will bring his recently released books, “Hilo Dome” and "Smoke on the Water,” for signings from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., Sunday, June 22. “Hilo Dome” is a futuristic thriller set in the isolated domed city of Hilo, Hawaii, one of the few places to have survived a global nuclear holocaust. “Smoke on the Water” is a coming-of-age tale based on real-life events, following the story of one man trapped in the pressure cooker of an unpopular war.

Author Libby Klein will sign her latest Layla Virtue mystery, “Vice and Virtue,” from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., Monday, June 23. Layla is a blue-haired, 30-something recovering alcoholic and former cop who is trying to reinvent herself as a musician. Between AA meetings, dodging eccentric neighbors at her trailer park, and reconnecting with her mysterious dad, the action never slows down.
