As part of her tour across the state promoting Delaware libraries and literacy, First Spouse Tracey Quillen Carney will appear at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 21, at the Nanticoke Indian Museum, 26673 John J. Williams Highway, Millsboro.
In a program for children and families, she will read from her children’s story, “Books for Blue.”
