Baird Mandalas Brockstedt & Federico promotes two to partner

Baird Mandalas Brockstedt & Federico LLC announced the promotions of Michele Wenz, Esq., and Erica Magliocca, Esq., to the position of partner, effective Jan. 1.

Wenz has been an associate with the firm since 2016. She now joins Heidi Gilmore, Esq., as a manager and leader in the real estate practice of the firm. With experience in both residential and commercial settlements, Wenz represents individuals, entities, and both buyers and sellers in all three Delaware counties. Wenz earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law  in 2015. Prior to working for Baird Mandalas Brockstedt & Federico, she was employed by the Department of Justice in the criminal division.

Magliocca came to the firm in 2023 and has quickly been elevated to partner in the medical malpractice group. She joined the firm after more than 20 years defending healthcare institutions and providers, pharmaceutical companies, and other defendants in negligence and other civil litigation matters.  Magliocca has now shifted her focus to advocating for individuals who have suffered catastrophic injury and loss because of medical negligence. Magliocca earned her juris doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, with a certificate in law and healthcare.  She is a member of the Maryland Bar.
