Balloons Over Sussex Festival, 2 to 8 p.m., Delaware Coastal Business Park/Airport, 21788 Nanticoke Ave., Georgetown. Hosted by Sussex Academy Foundation. Cost is $10 per person for admission, children under 10 are free, cost for balloon rides is $240 and must be booked in advance, food trucks, entertainment.
