Bayhealth and Nemours held a ceremony May 22 to raise the final beam in their joint medical office in Milford.
The three-story building combines 35,000 square foot of space for Nemours primary pediatric care, specialty care and therapy and diagnostic services on the first floor.
Bayhealth physicians will be located on the second and third floors providing primary and specialty-care services.
The builder is Target Building Construction, a Philadelphia-based contractor with specific expertise in building hospitals.
Those attending the topping-off ceremony signed the beam, among them Dr. Bryan Villar of Georgetown. RYAN MAVITY PHOTOS
