The Better Business Bureau Serving Delaware recognized companies in May for their outstanding commitment to trust and integrity.
These awards recognize organizations that demonstrate a solid commitment to doing things right, not only in their companies, but within their entire industry and community.
A Sussex County-based company, Mercantile Processing Inc., was among the Torch Award for Ethics winners. MPI has continually evolved and expanded its service offerings to meet the needs of its growing customer base. During the early days of the pandemic, MPI was able to quickly help many of its clients shift to a contactless checkout point-of-sale model. This helped keep everyone operating safely.
The BBB Torch Awards for Ethics program recognizes exemplary businesses that strive to go above and beyond in their dealings with customers, employees, vendors and their community. “The 2022 Torch Award winners take the approach to lead with ethics in all they do, which helps them attract and retain new customer relationships. This philosophy reminds their clients and team about what they stand for as a company,” said Christine Sauers, BBB Serving Delaware president.
Additional Torch Awards for Ethics winners were CJB Landscaping, and Burns and McBride Home Comfort.
