There are some cowardly people out there who have been stealing dogs from yards. Several Labs have been lured, sometimes by two young girls/young women who then have the stolen dogs thrown into a waiting van.
These stolen dogs can only be used for one purpose, that is as bait dogs. This is to train fighting dogs. They are attacked and torn up.
Please keep an eye on your dogs while in your yard and keep your gates locked. Those dogs with shorter fences can be lifted up and over the fences.
If you see suspicious behavior in your neighborhood, please try to get a license plate number and call 911.
These stolen dogs are given horrific treatment until they are either saved or they die. It’s up to us to stop this before more dogs are forcibly taken.
