Rehoboth Beach hosted its annual equipment auction April 22 in the parking lot of Rehoboth Beach Convention Center and city hall.
Hundreds of people showed up to bid on more than a dozen vehicles, a variety of maintenance equipment, single-head parking meters, old lifeguard stands, old signage, furniture, jewelry, bicycles and electronics. Emmert Auction Associates conducted the auction. As of press deadline April 26, the city was still waiting on the final dollar amount figures.
