Demolition of the office building at the corner of Savannah Road and Fourth Street in Lewes commenced Feb. 11, as Beebe Healthcare moves forward with expansion of the Margaret H. Rollins Lewes Campus. The building was leveled in a matter of hours, making way for a small park-like area. Work to expand the hospital’s operating rooms continues on the other end of the campus.
