Bethany Blues to offer Father’s Day specials June 19-20

This Father’s Day, give Dad what he wants: barbecue he doesn’t have to make, along with some relaxation.

Bethany Blues is ready for a great Father’s Day Sunday, June 20, and the Lewes location is offering specials that the dad in anyone’s life will love.

Blues wants Dad to have it his way this Father’s Day, and there are two great ways to celebrate in true Blues style.

At the restaurant, Blues is rolling out its amazing brunch buffet with all the items diners have come to know and love. Th extensive buffet will start at 9 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. Offerings will include everyone’s favorites like Angie’s famous omelet station, brisket and ham carving station, Belgian waffles, assorted desserts, shrimp, smoked salmon, Surf Bagels, barbecued meats, Blues’ signature pigs on the wing and more.

One benefit that came out of the past year was the flexible mind-set that changed the nature of carryout. Restaurant experiences are now able to be brought into the home, allowing for a broader reach when it comes to holidays and special occasions. Nicole Giannella, Bethany Blues catering manager for the Lewes location, and her staff create carryout boxes. Their creativity amps up the fun and allows the kitchen staff to think beyond the borders of the table. 

“Things are reopened, and we are so happy to be able to be back to business as usual. We are also excited to be able to offer the barbecue boxes for pickup, which have given everyone additional options for how to enjoy our delicious food outside our brick-and-mortar location,” said Giannella.

If Dad wants to kick back in his favorite comfy spot at home, Lewes has also put together a delicious beer and barbecue package for the occasion. These mouthwatering boxes are stocked with pork belly porchetta, bone-in smoked beef short ribs, pimento cheese mashed potatoes, Blues’ cucumber and onion salad, and a choice of two beer four-packs from Mispillion River Brewing. The boxes serve four and cost $120. They can be picked up on Saturday, June 19, with full directions for reheating. They can be picked up hot and ready to go Sunday, June 20. To order, call the Lewes location only at 302-644-2500.
