The Lewes office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty has been recognized for its outstanding performance during the second quarter of 2020, being named among the top three offices in the franchise network’s Southern Region for gross commission income. The Southern Region consists of 17 states, from the Mid-Atlantic to the South.

In addition to the company awards, the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty earned sales production awards for the second quarter of 2020. The team earned Quarterly Spotlights (Top 10 in the entire network) for both residential units sold and gross commission income for large teams, and No. 1 ranking for large teams in the state of Delaware for both residential units sold and gross commission income. The franchise network comprises more than 50,000 sales agents.
