With their Phantom of the Opera attire, Kyle and Christina Gossweiler won the Best Couple Costume at Boos & Brews.
The Scariest Costume award went to dark witch Donna Poling.
Overall Best Costume at Boos & Brews was awarded to Deb Hansen for her gilded cage creation.
Funniest honors at Boos & Brews went to hippie couple Rob and Arlene Feleccia.
Boos & Brews Best Group Costume went to Historic Lewes Farmers Market volunteers (l-r) Renee Foose, Lisa Ross, Mary Hoskins, Jill Barr, Jeanie Dawson, Grace Chesney and Vivian Dawson.
More than 100 Halloween enthusiasts came out to enjoy the Lewes Historical Society’s Boos & Brews event Oct. 29. Prizes were awarded in several categories.
Lead sponsors included The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group/Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty, Schell Brothers and UBS Chesapeake Group/Tim Reath. Other supporters were Dogfish Head, Crooked Hammock, Beach Time Distillery, the Parker Group, Biblion Used Books & Rare Finds, Food Lion and Magee Farms.
