Bradley James Mack, proud veteran

November 19, 2020

Bradley James Mack, 60, of Millsboro passed away peacefully in his sleep Friday, Nov. 13, 2020, at his home. He was born Aug. 7, 1960, in Glendale, Calif., son of Marilyn (Johnson) Tritle and the late Philip C. Mack.

Brad was a proud veteran, having honorably served in the U.S. Army for eight years.  After his military service, he built a career as a defense technology consultant.  Brad loved being near the water and enjoyed everything coastal living had to offer, particularly boating and jet-skiing.  He was an amateur photographer of sunsets, as well.  Above all, Brad cherished time spent with those he held most dear. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Brad is survived by his beloved wife, Lisa (Detwiler) Mack of Long Neck; his mother, Marilyn (Johnson) Tritle of Selma, Calif.; his daughter, Michelle Mack of Arizona; and his adored grandchildren: Connor, Serena, and Colton, all of Arizona.

Due to COVID regulations, a memorial service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Brad's memory to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, ATTN: Membership Department, 6 Herndon Ave., Annapolis, MD 21403, or www.cbf.org.

Please visit Brad’s Life Memorial Webpage and sign his online guestbook at www.parsellfuneralhomes.com.
