Caesar Rodney Institute welcomes Sandra Ware to board of directors

December 29, 2015

The Caesar Rodney Institute is pleased to announce the addition of Lewes resident Sandra Ware to the board of directors.

“We are pleased Sandra has agreed to join us,” said Rick Levinson, a member of the board of directors. “She's a lifelong Delawarean and shares CRI's values and is well thought of in Sussex County. She'll be a great addition to our board because of her knowledge of Delaware, Sussex County in particular, that will allow us to better serve the downstate community. She'll be able to help CRI reach out to an audience we haven't been introduced to before and grow."

Ware is a native Delawarean and widely respected commercial real estate broker who has been nominated for three consecutive years as Realtor of the Year and is the owner of Bay Breeze Properties LLC. She recently served the community for six years as a statewide board member for United Way of Delaware and was a charter member of the Rehoboth Beach-Lewes Sunrise Club. Ware actively watches local land-use issues and monitors changing regulations from the state. She was proud to participate as a CASA volunteer for Family Court advocating for children, which is one of her passions. She also volunteers to help young children in their early education years.

The Caesar Rodney Institute is a Delaware-based non-partisan nonprofit public policy organization dedicated to promoting Empowerment Scholarship Accounts for students with special needs, establishing Paycheck Protection as state policy to increase jobs and wages, and create a better balance between the needs of consumers to have affordable power sources while protecting the environment for future generations.
