CAMP Rehoboth’s Block Party is a big hit

Annual event shuts down second block of Baltimore Avenue for an afternoon of fun, celebration

Rain threatened to cancel CAMP Rehoboth’s annual Block Party, but the storm system blew through and the second block of Baltimore Avenue was the place to be Oct. 15.

The event, which started in 2015, brought out a large crowd to see live entertainment, eat good food, buy small business offerings and participate in advocacy.

CAMP Rehoboth hosted the party, but a number of Rehoboth Beach community organizations set up tents, including Rehoboth Beach Main Street. Executive Director Dan Slagle and board member Sandra Skidmore pick out the best piece of candy.
Clear Space Theatre Company recently announced Joe Gfaller as its new managing director. Gfaller attended the party to introduce himself to the community.
