Cape 1991 Homecoming king and queen crowned

September 23, 2025

The Cape football team is set to face Hodgson Vo-Tech this Friday in the 2025 Homecoming game. Prior to the game, a parade will step off from Lewes Beach and head up Savannah Road to the high school. At halftime, the king and queen will be crowned. A dance will follow the game.

Not much has changed over the years, as the same schedule was followed back in 1991. That year, Amy Pownell and Drew Webster were named queen and king. Cape also won its first Homecoming game in three years in 1991, defeating Smyrna 21-0.
