The Cape Gazette visits Trinidad and Tobago with the Sussex Bird Club

In January, 6 members of the Sussex Bird Club visited the islands of Trinidad and Tobago. The 2 islands are within the world’s top 10 countries of the world for number of species per square mile. The SBC group saw 159 species of birds in just 9 days, including 11 kinds of hummingbirds and thousands of scarlet ibis.
