March 11, 2026

The Cape Henlopen School District will host its Annual Job Fair from 1 to 3 p.m., Friday, March 20, at Cape Henlopen High School, 1250 Kings Hwy., Lewes. This event offers a chance for individuals interested in careers within the district to learn about employment opportunities and connect directly with district representatives.

The event is open to anyone interested in the variety of positions across the district, including teaching, paraprofessional, substitute, custodial, transportation and support staff roles.

During the job fair, attendees will be able to meet with school and department leaders, ask questions about available positions, and learn about the district’s commitment to supporting students and staff. Representatives from several departments will be on hand to provide information about qualifications, the application process and the many ways employees contribute to student success.

The annual job fair is part of the district’s ongoing effort to attract talented, passionate individuals who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of students. “Our schools are strengthened by the dedicated professionals who serve our students every day,” said Dr. Ned Gladfelter, human resources director. “The job fair is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in joining our team to learn more about the rewarding career opportunities available throughout Cape Henlopen School District.”

Those interested in attending are encouraged to bring copies of their resume and be prepared to discuss their interest in working in education.
