Cape Region communities observe Earth Day

Residents from Independence, The Ridings, Reserves at Lewes Landing, Bay Point, Bay Oaks and the Retreat at Love Creek worked with Waste Industries April 22 cleaning up trash around local roadways. Gathered in small teams, the groups picked up trash along Beaver Dam Road, Jimtown Road, Conley’s Chapel Road, Angola and Angola Beach roads, Camp Arrowhead Road, Robinsonvillle Road, Hopkins Road and Fisher Road. Approximately 120 residents participated in the clean up.
