Carol Lynn Keller, cherished family, friends

Carol Lynn Keller, 55, of Rehoboth Beach, passed away at home Monday, July 4, 2022.

She was born Sept. 7, 1966, in Hickory, N.C., daughter of Martha (Parsons) and the late Gaither Keller.

Carol worked as a manager for 11 years at Elegant Slumming Fine Jewelry in downtown Rehoboth Beach. She had many interests and hobbies. Carol loved relaxing on the beach and collecting shells. Her devotion to her friends and family, however, took precedence above all. The time spent with those she held most dear was what she most cherished. Carol was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, and friend. Loved by many, she will be deeply and genuinely missed by all who had the good fortune to know her.

Carol is survived by her mother, Martha Keller of Rehoboth Beach; her brothers: Gene Keller of Charleston, S.C., Joe Keller of Columbia, Md., and Ray Keller of Rehoboth Beach; her companion of 25 years, Gary Taylor of Rehoboth Beach; and her best friend, Don Johnson of Milton.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 12, at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Hwy., Lewes, where friends may call beginning at 10 a.m.
