Chamber welcomes Kaja Asian Cuisine to membership

The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Kaja Asian Cuisine to its membership with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony at 18585 Coastal Highway, No. 23, Rehoboth Beach.

Kaja will offer a bold, modern take on Asian-inspired cuisine, combining high-quality ingredients, refined techniques and a vibrant atmosphere designed to stand out in the local dining scene.

The concept is led by award-winning chef Bryan Emporer, whose vision brings a fresh and elevated approach to both traditional and contemporary Asian flavors. Guests can expect a menu that is both creative and approachable, paired with an experience that focuses on quality, energy and attention to detail.

“We’re bringing something different to the area,” said Kathryn Robinson, co-owner. “Our goal is to create a place where the food, the atmosphere and the overall experience all come together in a way that people remember.”

Final preparations are currently underway, with Kaja expected to open its doors in the coming weeks.
